Pharmacists are key public health advocates, and they are uniquely positioned to counsel patients on prevention and combat the spread of infectious diseases. Each session presented at PTCE’s 2026 Infectious Diseases Day of Education will provide updates on chronic diseases and acute infections, including immunogenicity data. Essential counseling strategies to effectively educate patients and address vaccine hesitancy will be emphasized through case-based examples.
