Program Description
This session will feature a multidisciplinary panel discussion with practical guidance on assisting people living with diabetes using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices. Panelists will explore diverse patient cases, covering commonly encountered clinical scenarios such as managing hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, employing CGM for insulin adjustments, and troubleshooting issues with integrated systems. A review of case discussions and videos will emphasize collaborative decision-making, integrating lifestyle interventions, medication adjustments, and effective strategies for addressing CGM-related challenges.
