abbreviations, and the fundamental principles for identifying root causes of
medication errors. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will gain practical
strategies to understand and prevent medication errors through storage and
handling of drugs, policies and procedures, and optimizing technologies to
mitigate risk.
