This clinical panel debate to follow the follicular lymphoma session during PTCE's 2025 Lymphoma Day of Education will challenge pharmacists to apply their knowledge to real-world patient case scenarios, comparing chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy with bispecific antibodies and delving into critical decision-making points such as patient eligibility, logistical considerations, and comprehensive adverse effect management.

Educational Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

1. Examine the clinical and logistical factors that influence the selection of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy versus bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) for patients with relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (R/R FL)
2. Analyze patient- and treatment-specific criteria to determine the most appropriate use of CAR T-cell therapy or BsAbs in R/R FL 
3. Determine approaches for the safe integration of BsAbs and CAR T in R/R FL including outpatient monitoring
