Program Description

Join expert faculty speakers from the Diabetes Day of Education as they share best practices and review frequently asked questions regarding the use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices. This session will equip pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with the practical confidence needed to address the most common real-world challenges community pharmacists face when supporting CGM users to improve patient persistence and ensure that complex data trends are explained in patient-focused terms to support successful, long-term self-management.

Educational Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Determine strategies to support people living with diabetes in effectively utilizing continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices
• Investigate frequently asked questions about CGM devices and practical guidance to address them

Accreditation
